Do you ask for my Seller Central password?
No. You approve access on Amazon's own page, and the access is read-only.
Does it change anything in my account?
No. It only reads data.
Which marketplaces?
Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE first.
Is it free?
No payments are taken during the test. Prices will be announced at launch.
When can I use it?
We open invitation groups one at a time. We do not promise a date.
What data does it read from Amazon?
Orders, financial events, fees, refunds, reimbursements, settlements, inventory, and product and listing details. Buyer names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mails are not stored.
Can I disconnect Amazon?
Yes, at any time. Disconnecting deletes the access keys at once.
Can your support team see my account?
Only if you allow it in Settings: read-only, for the time you choose, with an e-mail and a log entry for every session.
Does it include Amazon Ads data?
Not yet. Amazon Ads data is planned and not available.
Will there be a free trial?
After launch, every new account starts with a 30-day free trial from the first completed sync, once per Amazon seller account.
