1Who we are
Seller Circle is a profit and reconciliation dashboard for Amazon sellers, operated by Druza, a registered business in Egypt. We are the controller of the account data you give us and a processor of the Amazon data you ask us to fetch for you.
2What we collect
- From you: name, e-mail, store name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), product costs, expenses, settings, alerts, and advertising reports you upload yourself.
- From Amazon, only after you approve on Amazon's own page: orders at order and item level (no buyer name, address, phone or e-mail), financial events, settlements, fees, refunds, reimbursements, inventory, product and listing details, ratings. Also the access keys Amazon issues to us for your account, stored encrypted.
- Technical data: sign-in time, IP address, browser type, errors, and security events; a necessary session cookie; language and marketplace choice kept in your browser; which sections you use and for how long, and how you reached us at sign-up. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and we never record page content.
3What we do not collect
Buyer personal data, your Amazon password, or payment card data.
4How we use it
To calculate and show your profit, reports and alerts to you alone; to send account e-mails (confirmation, password reset, security notices); to protect the service, detect abuse and fix errors; to meet legal duties. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, do not use Amazon data for any purpose other than providing the service to you, and never show one seller's data to another.
5Amazon information
Amazon data is used only to provide the features you see. It is not combined with other sources to profile buyers, not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and not used to train third-party models. We follow Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. You can remove our access any time in Seller Central or in Settings. See also our Data Protection Policy.
6Who we share it with
- Our host, Amazon Web Services: the service will be hosted on Amazon Web Services at launch.
- An e-mail provider, used to send account e-mails.
- An AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) only if you connect it, with the access you allow, removable at any time.
- Seller Circle support only if you allow it in Settings, read-only, for the time you choose, with an e-mail and a log entry for every session.
- A private Google Sheet and Google e-mail used only to receive early-access requests from the invitation form (the person's e-mail, name and marketplace); used only to invite them to the test; never shared or sold; deleted on request.
- Authorities only where the law or a valid legal request requires it.
Each provider is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. The invitation form uses no CAPTCHA and no tracker.
7Retention and deletion
- While your account is active we keep your data.
- When a trial or subscription ends the account becomes inactive and syncing stops. We keep data for 6 months from that date, then delete it permanently. Renewing within that time restores everything.
- When you disconnect Amazon, we delete its access keys immediately and fetch nothing more. Past records stay while the account exists.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner at info@druza.net; we act within 30 days. Deleted data leaves backups within 7 days. Security logs are kept up to 12 months.
8How we protect it
Encryption in transit and at rest; Amazon keys encrypted a second time inside the application; strict separation between workspaces; two-step sign-in; access logging and an activity log you can download; least-privilege access for staff. Not yet done: an independent penetration test and formal certification.
9Security incidents
If an incident affects Amazon data or your data we report it to Amazon within 24 hours of detection and to you without undue delay.
10Your rights
Access and download a copy (Settings); correct; delete; withdraw consent by disconnecting; complain to your data-protection authority.
11Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
12Changes
The date above shows the latest version; we e-mail active account holders about material changes.
